Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr. Mojisola Yaya-Kolade, who made this known on Monday in Ado-Ekiti while briefing newsmen, revealed the new cases comprised two health workers, a patient and a returnee who sneaked into the state from Lagos. Yaya-Kolade said most of the patients have underlying health issues, assuring that strict observation have already been emplace at the state’s isolation centre to monitor them.

The Coordinator, Ekiti Taskforce on COVID 19, Professor Bolaji Aluko, emphasised that wearing of facemask was very essential before anyone could go to public places, adding that stringent steps would be taken against anyone caught in public places without facemask.
