Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-,Rufai has signed the 2023 appropriation bill of over N376.4 billion into law, with priority given to the health and education sectors, which received an allocation of 43.70 per cent.
The sum of N84.1bn was earmarked for recurrent expenditure, while N65.7bn would be for capital spending.
In Adamawa State, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri signed into law the N175bn appropriation bill for 2023 passed by state lawmakers.
