Ekiti State Government, in collaboration with Access Bank, yesterday, launched N1 billion loan scheme for women in business in the state
• Oyebanji warns beneficiaries, says offer not national cake to support them with the needed capital, which would be repaid at 10 per cent of interest rate instead of lending rate of 35 per cent.
He, however, advised the beneficiaries of the loan to use it for the purpose for which it was obtained, warning that it should not be seen as their own share of the national cake that won’t be paid back. He said his administration is open for partnerships and engagements to attract investments and pave the way for local processing of solid minerals in the state.
