The Bauchi State Police Command on Monday declared its readiness to ensure a hitch-free Eid-el-Kabir celebration by the Muslim faithful.
A release, signed by the command’s Acting Police Public Relations Officer , ASP Aminu Gimba Ahmed, made available to DAILY POST in Bauchi stated that the command had issued an operation order and directed Area Commanders, Tactical Commanders and DPOs to ensure apparent visibility policing during the festive period.
“The command has taken into consideration the possibility of miscreants and disgruntled elements of all descriptions might want to leverage on the occasion and perpetrate their nefarious activities.
