Eid-el-Fitr: Abba Yusuf donates cows, foodstuffs to inmates in Kano

Nigeria's independent online newspaper

Abba Yusuf, governor of Kano, has donated cows and foodstuffs to inmates in various custodial centres in the state, ahead of the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations.

The governor who was represented by Azumi Namadi-Bebe, chairperson of the committee on prerogative of mercy in the state, assured the inmates of government’s continued support. Inuwa said NCoS would partner with the state government to improve the criminal justice administration in the state.
