Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has said the state government has concluded the discussion with the Chief of Army Staff over the possession of a piece of land belonging to the Nigerian Army

Obaseki disclosed this when the new Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service , Edo State Command, Rabi Garba, visited him at the Government House, Benin City.He said his administration would settle the land issue on time to enable the MIS to perform its official function optimally.

The governor was accompanied on the visit by the Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, Secretary to the State Government , Osarodion Ogie, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Osaigbovo Iyoha and other government officials.
