While wooing the Esan people ahead of the September governorship election, Oshiomhole said he believes in Okpebholo as a good candidate who will listen to the yearning of the people. Also speaking at the rally, former governorship candidate of the party, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu said the rally signals good things to come and the end of the PDP in the state and the government of Obaseki.
