As Nigerian Christians join their counterparts worldwide to celebrate this year’s Easter, marking the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Bauchi State Sector Command of the Federal Roads Safety Corps is to deploy a total of 750 personnel and 200 volunteers for its 2023 Easter Special Operations.
Abdullahi informed that 20 operational vehicles, 10 Ambulances, 15 recovery vans, three heavy-duty recovery vehicles, 12 light recovery vehicles, two extricating machines, two breathalyzers, alcolizer machines as well as three roadside clinics had been deployed and activated for the operations. According to the sector commander, the state command of the FRSC would collaborate with sister law enforcement agencies, road transport unions, media, Federal Road Maintenance Agency , federal and state ministries of works and housing, health service providers, government and private hospitals and clinics, clergymen, traders and construction companies during the special Easter operations.
