Four suspected terrorists were on Wednesday arraigned by the the Department of State Services, DSS, in Ogun State.The suspects identified as Aliu Abubakar, Abubakar Usman, Abubakar Amadu and Adamu Aliu were arrested on December 9, 2022.
The Prosecution Counsel, Emmanuel Zamba, had told the court that the DSS filed a motion exparte dated March 15 in respect of the suit. He explained that the suspects were arrested for terrorism and kidnapping within the court’s jurisdiction, saying the offences contravened Sections 2 and 3 of the Terrorism Act, 2022.
