Drama as COVID-19 patients abscond from isolation centres in Oyo
The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde on Wednesday said two COVID-19 patients have absconded from the state’s isolation centre.
In a series of tweets, the governor said the two patients may have absconded to their permanent residence. He tweeted: “Of the 33 active cases being managed by the state, two have absconded, possibly to their permanent places of residence. This brings the number of active cases in Oyo State to 31.
