Indoor and outdoor gatherings of more than six are banned in England and those who breach the rules face fines of between £100 to £3,200, or being dispersed by police. The regulation applies to private homes and gardens, restaurants, pubs and parks.But the PM urged people to speak to rulebreakers before notifying the authorities. He told The Sun: ‘I have never much been in favour of sneak culture, myself.
