Nigerian singer Oluwafemi Oladapo, aka Slimcase, has revealed that veteran singer and music executive, Don Jazzy, inspired him to transit from singing to content creating and influencing. The 'Shaku Shaku' hitmaker disclosed this in a recent interview with Naija FM, Lagos. He said, 'I didn't decide to become a content creator/influencer.

' Slimcase's revelation is coming barely a week after Wizkid was bashed online for referring to Don Jazzy as an 'influencer.' DAILY POST recalls that Wizkid fired shots at Don Jazzy after his signee, rapper Ladipoe mocked the Grammy-winning singer for claiming that ‘hip hop is dead’. On his X handle, Ladipoe wrote, 'Nigerian rappers that survived ‘hip hop is dead’ watching Afrobeat artistes go through their own.
