The Nation Newspaper Dolphin bridge apartments: Lagos launches manhunt for 'landlord'
The Lagos State government is working to arrest and prosecute the self acclaimed landlord of the Dolphin Estate undebridge apartments, Commonissioner for the Environment and Water Resources,
The commissioner also said the government plans to build 100 toilets across the state before the end of the year as part of campaigns against open defecation and efforts to attain an open-defecation free Lagos by 2025. The commissioner also said efforts are also being intensified on that public awareness and sensitisation of residents on the dangers inherent in the continued use of the Styrofoam food containers.
