The Nigerian Chief of Mission of the International Organisation of Migration , Laurent de Boeck, raised the alarm in Maiduguri in a new report entitled 'Intention Survey: Voices of Internally Displaced Persons in North East Nigeria.

'The DTM enables decision-makers and responders to provide this emergency humanitarian assistance, as well as longer-term solutions,' Boeck stated. The IOM boss explained that the data were to disseminate critical multi-layered information on the mobility, vulnerabilities, and needs of displaced and mobile populations.
