In the less than two-minute video, a male Chinese national is seen distributing N5,000 cash to the police officers who lined up to receive the money.
Later on, the male Chinese national called upon his female counterpart to continue the distribution of cash to the police officers.During the distribution of cash to the officers, some Chinese nationals at the scene were using their phones to record the moment.Reactions have trailed the video since it was posted on social media as many Nigerians described the incident as shameful.
