The company expects to begin construction on the building later this year.
The company plans to build the 78,000-square-foot flexible space building with a 22-foot ceiling height. The building will be built on 10 acres in the 1000 block of Eisenhower Boulevard.
The building will be a combination of offices with small warehouses or shop areas, according to Robert Ihlein, Swatara Township director of building and codes department.Triple Crown owns a similar building on Derry Street in the township, Ihlein said. Triple Crown CEO Mark Disanto said that the company hopes to begin construction in the third or fourth quarter of 2022.
