The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that travelers to Level 3 countries must take extra precaution.
According to the notice, travelers are discouraged from visiting these countries, unless their COVID vaccines are up to date. According to the CDC, countries with more than 100 cases of COVID infections per 100,000 population in the past month will be listed under the Level 3 category.
