Benjamin Kalu, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, called on the people of the South-East to provide more support to President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Kalu praised Tinubu's commitment to addressing infrastructural challenges in Abia State and the South-East, emphasizing the President's love for the region. He also announced a N500 million grant for 8,400 businesses and families in his constituency to combat poverty and foster wealth creation
Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu has called for more support for President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC , in the South-East . Kalu made the call at his country home, Bende in Abia State on Sunday during a town hall meeting with traditional rulers and other members of Bende Federal constituency which he represents.
Kalu while saying that no President had showed so much love for the South-East like Tinubu, called on his constituents and the people of the South-East to give more support to the APC administration led by Tinubu. The deputy speaker who launched a N500 million grant for 8,400 businesses and families in Bende Federal Constituency, said it was to support businesses and families towards eradication of poverty and hunger as well as creation of wealth in the area.
