Department Of State Services Again Violates Court Order, Prevents 5 Detained BuhariMustGo Activists From Meeting Bail Conditions | Sahara Reporters
SaharaReporters had earlier reported that despite a release order from the Federal High Court, the DSS filed charges at a Magistrate Court in Abuja against the five activists arrested at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre.
The activists namely; Ben Mannaseh, Emmanuel Larry, Victor Udoka Anene, a blind Saxophonist, Samuel Gabriel Iwatonaiye and Henry Nwodohave have spent 25 days in illegal detention. Two days after the arrest of the worshippers, human rights’ activists, Omoyele Sowore and Deji Adeyanju accompanied by their lawyer, Abubakar Marshal, had met with the Senior Pastor of the church to demand for their release.
