The Nation Newspaper Delta govenor Oborevwori salutes Uduaghan at 69
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described Uduaghan as “a man of great compassion and leader of inestimable value,” whose contributions to the growth and development of the State would remain indelible in the annals of history.
He particularly commended him for the ‘free maternal and under 5 healthcare’ programmes in the State, which had become the pacesetter in the country.
