Blues boss pleased to kick off the new season with a win
David Healy believes Kirk Millar is the player opposition teams would like to sign the most given the consistency of his performances.

“I’m not going to say Kirk doesn’t get the credit he deserves because the players all know what he brings to the team. They all love him. For me, he’s one of my favourite people...not even as a player but as a person – he's that type of guy who wants to do really well for the football club." Healy knew it was going to be tough against Jim Ervin's rejuvenated side and he was pleased to see his players dig in and come away with the win. “It was always going to be difficult. Everyone has been talking about the investment that has gone on at Ballymena and the quality of players that have arrived at the club," he said.
