Castriciones , Undersecretaries Emily Padilla of Support Services Office and Virginia Orogo of Policy, Planning and Research Office, Assistant Secretary Ubaldo Sadiarin of Foreign-Assisted and Special Project Office, Ilocos Regional Director Homer Tobias and Ilocos Sur 1st District Rep. Deogracias Victor B.

He said the awarding was “intended to empower the farmers and bring back their honor and self-dignity as provided for under the Republic Act 6657, also known as the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law.” During the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries’ Summit, Undersecretaries Emily Padilla of the Support Services Office and Virginia Orogo of the Policy, Planning and Research Office also presided over the distribution of 28 farm machineries and equipment worth P1.6 million at the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives Plaza in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.
