Five weeks after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commenced the online pre-registration of voters for the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR), 1.3 million Nigerians have registered online.
INEC’s Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee , Festus Okoye, said this on Wednesday in Abuja.
