The NCS claims it was 'compiling and getting set to invite the successful candidates for interview and other physical checks when the coronavirus virus struck.” NCS Nigeria CustomsRecruitment
The Customs National Public Relation Officer, Deputy Comptroller, Joseph Attah, in response to enquiries on the NCS social media platform, yesterday, said the recruitment exercise was delayed due to “situation beyond our control.”
He said: “the Service was compiling and getting set to invite the successful candidates for interview and other physical checks when the coronavirus virus struck.” He, however, assured that the process would resume once it is confirmed safe to do so. “We appreciate all those who are asking to know about the recruitment exercise. Yes, this one is longer than usual due to situations beyond our control.
“Remember after the aptitude test, which was conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board , the Service was compiling and getting set to invite the successful candidates for interview and other physical checks when Coronavirus virus struck.“In this unfortunate situation, patience is key. Remember that the process is electronically driven, so you can be rest assured of transparency in line with the stand of Comptroller-General of Customs, Hameed Ali.
