The work-from-home arrangement shall also continue to be implemented in other CSC offices in places under enhanced community quarantine or modified enhanced community quarantine.
In an advisory, CSC said it is extending work-from-home arrangements in its Central Office, CSC National Capital Region, and CSC Regional Office IV Headquarters.
CSC advised its clients to use online services instead when transacting with the above-mentioned offices. Clients requesting the services of the CSC Integrated Records Management Office and Office for Legal Affairs are advised to continue transacting business online through the Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System at https://services.csc.gov.ph./.
Meanwhile, clients scheduled to be at the CSC Central Office to pick up their requested documents on the said period are instructed to wait for further advisory on the rescheduling of the pick-up of requested documents. Documents or printed communications, including mail deliveries from couriers and postal services shall still be received through a dropbox placed at the CSC Main Entrance.
