The Chairman of the Cross River Anti-Tax Agency, Bishop Emmah Isong, has inaugurated Anti-Tax Brigade and provided 18 additional hotlines to effectively enhance

Isong carried out the inauguration in Calabar at a one-day stakeholders’ meeting and workshop with the theme “Anti-Tax Agency: Justification and a Way Forward”.The Chairman said the creation of the brigade and additional telephone numbers became pertinent for effective operations in the 18 Local Government Areas of the state where illegal taxation had continuously been practiced preventing commercial activities from thriving.
