The governing body have taken action against the veteran boss
Craig Levein has been hit with a Scottish Football Association ban - even though he was sacked by St Johnstone earlier this month.
It means that if Levein takes up another managerial or coaching job he will need to take the first game from the stands. The ban will remain in place until the end of the 2026-27 season. An SFA statement read: "One match immediate, and one match suspended until the end of Season 2026/27. Levein was dismissed as St Johnstone almost two weeks ago and the Perth club are in the process of interviewing for his successor.
