COVID19: Borno suspends lockdown indefinitely, okays religious activities

The Borno State government has suspended the anti-COVID-19 lockdown indefinitely, saying religious activities can also resume but in strict adherence with social distancing and the use of face masks statewide.A statement issued by the Deputy Governor and Chairman Task Force Committee on COVID19, Hon. Umar Kadafur, in Maiduguri on Wednesday, said significant progress has been recorded in the last three weeks against the COVID-19 pandemic.
