Critical workers in Scotland to be exempt from self-isolation
Critical staff and services in Scotland are to be exempt from self-isolation under a scheme being launched by the Scottish government.
The move comes as parts of the supply chain across the UK have been affected by workers self-isolating after being identified as close contacts.The scheme will apply to people working in a range of sectors including health and social care.Safeguards will also be put in place such as a testing regime.The airline is understood to be experiencing shortages of cabin crew and pilots.This breaking news story is being updated and more details will be published shortly.
