“Over 77,000 confirmed #COVID19 cases on the African continent – with more than 29,000 recoveries & 2,600 deaths,” It said. The WHO African Region COVID-19 dashboard showed that Algeria now has more coronavirus cases than Morocco, while South Africa and Egypt remain the top two countries with the highest reported COVID-19 cases.in the last 24 hours, bringing to 5,445 the number of confirmed cases in the country as of Friday night.
