“Over 86,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases on the African continent – with more than 33,000 recoveries & 2,700 deaths,” It said. The WHO COVID-19 dashboard showed that Egypt has 630 reported deaths, the highest on the continent, followed by Algeria with 555 deaths and South Africa with 286 deaths.
