One of the affected staff who spoke on behalf of several others, said they were recruited by the Rivers state Primary Healthcare Management Board.

The affected adhoc staff who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of being victimized, said for two months they have remained unpaid but have only be given eighteen thousand naira as mobilization stipends. She complained that the situation has made life difficult for them, adding that​ they have made several appeals to the management of the Primary Healthcare Management Board but all to no​ avail.“It has been horrible. We have just received logistic of N18, 000 since then. We have been expecting money because we make use of our small date to do the work.Meanwhile, the Immunization officer at the Rivers state Primary Healthcare Management Agency, Dr.
