COVID-19: Parts of Southern Borno get palliatives
People of Biu, Bayo, Kwaya-kusar and Shani Local Government Areas of Southern Borno in Borno State have received a palliative worth N80 million to cushion the effect of the lockdown ordered by the state government to stem the spread of COVID-19.
