The Adamawa State Government has received bags of rice and beans as COVID-19 palliative from the Federal Government.
The Director of Humanitarian Services in the ministry, Grema Ali Alhaji, said the presentation of the items was in line with Federal Government’s directive to provide palliative to the citizens to cushion the effect of lockdown necessitated by the COVID-19 outbreak.The Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Chief Crowther Seth who received the items on behalf of the state government, commended the federal government for the gesture.
