COVID-19: Nigerian patient bites nurse’s face after failed attempt to escape [VIDEO]
The 47-year-old man is said to have beat up the nurse, after she stopped him from leaving his quarantine ward at a hospital in Guangzhou on Wednesday, April 1.On the day of the incident, Ms. Wang was said to have approached him to take a blood test, but he ignored her and attempted to walk out of his quarantine ward.Ms. Wang is said to have suffered multiple injuries to her face, neck, and waist.
The Guangzhou police said they have been investigating the incident and will “immediately carry out prosecution once the treatment is finished.“The police would like to stress again that all inbound travellers should strictly comply with the relevant laws and anti-virus regulations in China.”
