Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike of Rivers State on Thursday arrested 14 people hidden in two trailers conveying cattle from Adamawa State to Port Harcourt. According to him, the fourteen persons were arrested at Rumuigbo in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
