COVID-19 lockdown: Five people shot dead for ‘talking loudly’

On Sunday, Police confirmed that the killing occurred in the village of Yelatma, Ryazan region about 200km south-east of Moscow.Investigators explained that the man initially complained to the victims from his balcony.The four men and one woman “died of their injuries on the spot”, the Investigative Committee said.

The suspect, who has not been named, is in custody. His apartment was searched and the weapon seized.
