Operators of commercial tricycles popularly known as Keke in Anambra state have commended Governor Willie Obiano for waiving two months payment of Internally Generated Revenue to assist them contain the ravaging effect of coronavirus.
He said government was aware of the economic implications of reducing the number of passengers they carry. “From April to end of May, government is not collecting any money from keke operators. We pay #350 every day for each keke and I thank the governor for his support and encouragement.
