Chairman COVID-19 state task force, Dr. Abba Zakari, disclosed this while briefing newsmen in Dutse.
DAILY POST reported that sixty-two coronavirus patients have been discharged after their samples tested negative twice. He explained that state task force on COVID-19 received the result today from Bayero University, Kano laboratory confirmed that nine additional corona patients sample returned negative.
He said already the patients had been discharged bringing the number of discharged patients to 71 out of 198 cases recorded. Zakari noted that out of the total 198 corona patients, 98 were Almajiris and 100 people across the state.
