In order to speed up the tracing and tracking of everyone with Coronavirus infection in Kano, the State Government has provided an exclusive Testing Center for Resident Christians in Sabon Gari, Kano.

Speaking while hosting the Christian Association of Nigeria CAN to a meeting in Government House Kano, Tuesday, Governor Ganduje said the essence of providing the testing center exclusively for Christians is to allow them test freely without any interference. ‘The testing center exists in Sabon Gari, such that a Christian can go to the place and test himself or go to his Church and the NCDC can follow him to test him there’.

“And after the testing, if one is positive he or she can be taken to the isolation center or he can decide to stay at home on self-isolation”, Ganduje added. The Christian Association Chairman, Reverend Samuel Adeyemi said already, 31 Churches have been fumigated against the disease.
