COVID-19: Coronavirus hits 46 countries in Africa, kills 109 people
The health agency also said that the COVID-19 death cases in Africa have increased to 109.“3,778 confirmed #COVID19 cases across 46 countries on the African continent with a total of 109 deaths reported.
“#SouthAfrica currently has 1,170 cases, making it the country most affected by the virus on the continent,” WHO said.
