“Over 66,000 confirmed #COVID19 cases on the African continent – with more than 22,000 recoveries & 2,300 associated deaths,” it said. The WHO African Region COVID-19 dashboard showed that South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria have continued to top the list of countries with the highest reported coronavirus cases.of COVID-19 were confirmed in the last 24 hours, bringing to 4,641 the number of confirmed cases in the country as of Monday night.
