Governor Dapo Abiodun revealed this while briefing newsmen in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta on Friday.
According to him, the state government has held a high level meeting with representatives of the Christian Association of Nigeria as well as the League of Imams and Alfas in Ogun State. At the meeting, Abiodun informed that religious leaders were asked to present their submissions on how the restrictions on places of worship can be relaxed.He spoke further that “a sub-committee of our COVID-19 Task Force, including religious leaders will review the submissions” for final adoption of the committee in the next few days, on or before Friday, June 12.
