Justice Everyman Eleanya of a Jikwoyi Customary Court, Abuja, on Friday said he would not continue with a divorce proceeding filed by Mr Jonah Kaka, against his wife, Miracle, because he refused to obey her order.
In her ruling, Justice Eleanya, said, “At the last adjourned date, the petitioner was ordered to return the children to Miracle.The judge admonished the petitioner, saying, “You can not keep the children away from their mother, except the court says otherwise.“If you want the case to continue, then you must bring back the children.He then adjourned the case until May 30.
