An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan presided over by Justice Ladiran Akintola on Wednesday restrained the Department of State Services and the Attorney General of the Federation from arresting, killing, or harassing Yoruba nation activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho.
The restraining order was granted by Justice Akintola following an ex parte motion moved by the counsel for Igboho, Chief Yomi Alliyu . He said, “The court has ordered that he must not be arrested, detained, or killed in the next 14 days. The court also ordered that his account should not be blocked and adjourned till August 18.”
