A Yaba Magistrates’ Court on Monday ordered that Chidinma Ojukwu, who was alleged to have murdered the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Super TV, Usifo Ataga, should be remanded for 30 days.
Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo also handed down the remand order for Ojukwu’s co-defendant Adedapo Quadri on the same terms.Police prosecutor Cyril Ejiofor had prayed the court to remand both first defendant Ojukwu and second defendant Quadri pending the issuance of legal advice from the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions .
