A councilor declared wanted by the Adamawa State Government has turned himself in. The councillor, Makana Enan Ngari, reported himself to the State Police Command, which has taken him to custody. The State government had on Wednesday said that the councillor who represents Vulpi Ward in Numan local government area was wanted over illegal activities
