Cost of living rises in Nasarawa towns hit by blackouts
Businesses, residences, schools among many others have been in total blackout in Nasarawa State. For three weeks now, the blackouts have invariably affected the cost of living and doing business in the area. Towns affected include New Nyanya, Masaka, Ado and some parts of Karu town in Karu Local Government area, as well as Akwanga, Nasarawa Eggon and Lafia, which has been experiencing epileptic power supply for over a decade.
