Convexity Technology launches digital solution
Technology Limited, a blockchain consultancy firm, has unveiled a digital solution called, ‘Convexity Humanitarian Aid Transfer Solution’, to create end-to-end visibility and transparency for humanitarian aid given to Nigeria and Africa.
The Chief Operating Officer, Convexity, Mr Adedeji Owonibi, disclosed this during a seminar organised as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility in Abuja themed, ‘Data protection for humanitarian organisations in the 21st century; A tool to attract funding’. “That is why as we unveil this solution, we are ensuring the issue of data privacy is dealt with as part of our CSR. We organised this seminar to educate NGOs on the importance of data protection since they deal a lot with personal data.“This solution we have developed captures the Iris of the beneficiaries which is the most unique form of identification, making it personal data.
