The Nigerian Correctional Service has reached out to sister agencies to synergise on how to secure the Federal Capital Territory.

Among the sister agencies visited were; the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Nigeria Customs Service, Federal Road Safety Corps, Nigerian Immigration Service and the FCT High Court.

CC Idris also toured all correctional facilities under his command in a bid to motivate the staff and ensure strict compliance with operational guidelines in line with international best correctional practices. The formations visited include; Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje; Medium Security Custodial Centre, Suleja; Dukpa Model Farm Centre; Juvenile/Deradicalisation Centre, Suleja; Kennel Unit, Poultry, Soap Cottage Industry and Maximum Security Custodial Centre, Karshi, which is still under construction.All rights reserved.
